Refund and Dispute Policy

At OmniPresence Consulting LLC, we are dedicated to providing high-quality digital marketing services and consulting.

Our services include website design and hosting, review marketing content for clients' websites and social media platforms, email content creation, and podcast session creations, among other online digital marketing services.

Since we do not sell physical products, our refund and dispute policy applies solely to our digital services.

1. Refund Policy

We offer a full 60-day refund policy for all subscription based services.
If you are not satisfied with our services, you may request a full refund within 60 days of purchase by contacting our support team at: [email protected] or calling (865) 309-3819.

Due to the nature of our digital services, after the initial 60 day refund policy period, all sales are final, and refunds are not typically provided once services have been continued after the initial 60 day refund period.

If a service has not yet been started, you may request a refund within 24 hours of purchase by contacting our support team at [email protected] or calling (865) 309-3819.

For subscription-based services, refunds may be granted if a cancellation request is submitted within 60 days of the initial transaction to purchase said services.

After the initial 60 day refund policy period has ended, Partial refunds
may be granted in cases where work has commenced but has not been fully delivered, at OmniPresence Consulting LLC’s sole discretion.

2. Dispute Resolution

If you believe you have been charged incorrectly or have a billing dispute, please contact us immediately at [email protected] or (865) 309-3819.

We will review and respond to all disputes within 5 business days and work toward a resolution in good faith.

If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes may be escalated to our payment processor, Stripe, for further review.

Chargebacks initiated without prior contact with OmniPresence Consulting LLC may result in service suspension and account termination.

3. Non-Refundable Services

Completed One-Time Services and Custom Orders website design. Marketing strategy consultations and completed content creation. Digital advertising and social media campaigns that have already been executed.
