At OmniPresence Consulting LLC, we are committed to providing high-quality services to our clients. We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel your subscription or service. Please review our cancellation policy below.

1. Cancellation of Subscription Services

You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account and navigating to the subscription settings or by contacting our support team at [email protected] or calling (865) 309-3819.

Cancellation requests must be made at least 5 business days before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the upcoming period.

Once a cancellation request is processed, you will continue to have access to the service until the end of the current billing period.

No further charges will be applied after the current period ends.

No partial refunds or credits will be issued for unused portions of a billing period.

2. One-Time Services and Custom Orders

If you have purchased a one-time service or a custom order, cancellation must be requested within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. If work has already commenced on your order, a partial refund may be granted at the discretion of OmniPresence Consulting LLC, based on the level of completion.
